• Exploit, reverse engineer, or duplicate SITE's proprietary systems
• Impersonate another person, organization, or representative of Dhuni
• Violate any local, national, or international law applicable to your use

As a user of Dhuni Worldwide's digital services, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account access details provided to you. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account or credentials.

• You must notify us immediately at incident@dhuniworldwide.com in case of unauthorized access or suspected security breach
• You must ensure that all information provided during account setup or engagement is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, network, and browser while accessing Dhuni platforms

Dhuni Worldwide is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to safeguard account access or comply with the above responsibilities.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, design elements, data structures, and software components displayed or embedded within the Dhuni Worldwide digital ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of Dhuni Worldwide, unless otherwise stated.

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, republish, upload, or distribute any content from our website or platforms without prior written consent
• Dhuni's SITE infrastructure, Feel India, WAC, DPP360, TraceOS, and affiliated branding are trademarked or protected under applicable IP laws
• Use of Dhuni trademarks or proprietary symbols must be pre-approved via branding@dhuniworldwide.com

Unauthorized use of Dhuni's intellectual assets may result in legal action under relevant IP laws and immediate suspension of access privileges.

Our digital platforms may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services for your convenience or as part of integrated experiences (e.g., logistics tracking, payment processing). Dhuni Worldwide is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of such third-party services. Use of any third-party link is entirely at your own risk.
